I visited Bharat Darshan Park on 12th February, 2023 located in Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. It is India’s first park to display 22 historical monuments in one place in an attractive way. These monuments from 14 different states were constructed using waste and scrap material from iron rods, fans, old vehicles, nuts and bolts, that were lying unused. These replicas have been developed using the waste to art initiative. There are 22 replicas of iconic Indian monuments like the Taj Mahal, Gateway of India, Qutub Minar, Konark Temple, Victoria Memorial, Mysore Palace, Ajanta and Ellora Caves, Nalanda Stupa and Meenakshi Temple and other significant sites. Details about the sculpture as well as the material used have been well described in templates. This was very informative and interesting. This park is also known as Mini India as well as KACHRE SE KANCHAN park.

Fashion is the other name of change. It changes like the wind. It is almost impossible to keep pace with the changing fashions. What is fashionable today, becomes out of fashion tomorrow.

Rapid change in fashion are due to either man’s love for freshness or his instinct for hero worship. In matters of fashion in dress and hairstyles, film stars are the idols of our young men and women. They would dress themselves like Ranbir Singh or Alia Bhatt.

They have become fashion fans. They imitate them blindly. In the latest wake of fashion, young boys and girls started wearing same kind of clothes in colour and design. Their hairstyles are almost the same. All this has made it difficult to distinguish between them. Really it is too much of fashions.

Change is the law of nature. Everything in this world is bound to be changed, so is with the fashion. But the speed with which they change and the craze for them among the young ones are alarming.

Fashions keep on changing. Their flow cannot be checked. But the change should be for the better. Fashions should not restrict the moral values in them. Fashion for fashion’s shake should be discarded
